Integrations
Sonora connects to your existing tools in two ways. Connectors pull data in — connect Salesforce and Sonora imports accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Plugins put Sonora into tools you already use — the Slack plugin lets you query Sonora from DMs or channels without opening the web app.
Both use OAuth. Revoke access anytime from integration settings.

Plugins
Section titled “Plugins”Slack — DM the Sonora bot with “show at-risk customers” or mention @sonora in a channel to share results with teammates.
Salesforce (coming soon) — Health scores, support activity, feature requests, and sentiment alongside standard CRM fields in account pages.
HubSpot (coming soon) — Sonora data inline in contact and company records.
From Settings, click “Add integration” and follow the OAuth flow. Most integrations sync within minutes.
Connectors start read-only — Sonora pulls data but doesn’t modify your systems. Opt into write permissions if you want Sonora to create tasks or update records. After the initial import, changes sync continuously: new tickets, updated CRM fields, and recent emails appear automatically.
Security
Section titled “Security”Each connector requests minimum OAuth scopes. Sonora never sees your passwords. If your firewall requires it, add Sonora’s IPs to your allowlist. Integration activity appears in your audit log.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Not syncing — Check auth status in settings. OAuth tokens expire; re-authorize to refresh.
Missing data — Verify the integration user has access to the fields you expect. Check field-level security settings.
Rate limits — Sonora respects API rate limits from Salesforce, HubSpot, and others. If sync slows during heavy usage, it resumes when limits reset.
Manual import
Section titled “Manual import”If an integration isn’t available, upload data via CSV or Excel. Map columns to Sonora fields and import. Manual uploads won’t auto-update — re-upload for refreshed data.
Requesting new integrations
Section titled “Requesting new integrations”Email support@usesonora.com with the tool name and your use case. Custom connectors are available for data warehouses, internal tools, or proprietary systems.
