Pylon

Sonora connects to Pylon to sync your customer communication data.

Prerequisites

• Pylon admin access
• API key generation enabled

Setup Steps

1. Generate API Key

1. Log in to Pylon as an admin
2. Go to Settings → API
3. Click Create API Key
4. Name the key (e.g., “Sonora Integration”)
5. Select Read-only access
6. Copy the API key

2. Connect in Sonora

1. Go to Settings → Integrations in Sonora
2. Click Add Integration → Pylon
3. Enter your credentials:
   • API Key
4. Click Connect

Data Synced

Sonora syncs the following from Pylon:

• Conversations
• Messages
• Contacts
• Teams

Permissions

The API key provides read-only access to your Pylon data. No write operations are performed.

Troubleshooting

Authentication Errors

• Verify the API key is correct
• Ensure the API key hasn’t been revoked
• Check that the API key has read permissions
